Leading financial services regulator require an experienced technical writer to produce detailed written guides on their approach to dispute resolution for publication and internal use, and to assist in building and developing their external online digest. Working closely with senior management, role will include the publication of high profile case decisions, and guidelines on sensitive issues surrounding them and producing technical notes and step by step guides for case handlers. You will also be attending editorial panel meetings, and evaluating existing and new materials. You should be a graduate with technical writing experience within the financial services industry.
