Delivers a major portion of a complex documentation set that complies with documentation plan requirements. Responsibilities include developing and testing complex IT pro scenarios that show how to use the product being documented, working effectively with program management, product marketing, and other internal customers as needed, writing and helping implement documentation plan for major component of a project.
Required:
* Strong Technical Writing capabilities
* Experience writing for IT professionals and administrators
* The ability to write Enterprise Content (rather than content for small or medium businesses)
* Ability to set up Test Servers and work through complex IT scenarios
* Ability to ramp up quickly on new technology
* Experience writing Planning, Deployment and Operations Content
* Excellent collaboration and self starter skills
* Experience writing IT pro content for a Server product
* Ability to deal with ambiguity, research, and resolve issues in a complex environment
* Ability to integrate information about a feature, and determine on your own how to guide users to plan for implementing the feature
